PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Engineered around the process, pollutant and production line.

A central dust collection system connects hoods, branch ducts, main ductwork, filtration equipment and fans into one engineered network.

It supports air purification and recoverable-material collection across metallurgy, chemicals, building materials, foundries, power generation, boilers, furniture, food processing and raw-material handling.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES

Performance that translates into practical operation

01

Large treatment capacity

Centralised equipment can serve extensive workshops and multiple dust sources.

02

Efficient filtration

Filter media and cleaning systems are selected around dust size, load and moisture.

03

Compact workshop interfaces

Source hoods and duct branches reduce equipment around individual machines.

04

Maintainable design

Access platforms, hoppers, valves and filter interfaces support routine service.

PROCESS FLOW

A clear route from collection to controlled discharge

01

Source capture

Collect dust at production points through fitted extraction hoods.

02

Duct transport

Balance branch airflow and convey dust through the main network.

03

Separation

Use cyclonic or gravity pre-separation where the dust load requires it.

04

Fine filtration

Capture remaining particles on industrial filter media.

05

Cleaning & recovery

Pulse-clean the filters and discharge collected material from the hopper.

ENGINEERING INPUTS

Information required for accurate equipment selection

Final performance depends on verified process conditions. A technical proposal should not be based on equipment name or nominal airflow alone.

Process and pollutant data

Provide the production process, pollutant composition, normal and peak concentration, temperature, humidity and any dust, mist or corrosive components.

Capacity and operating pattern

State normal, minimum and peak airflow or treatment capacity, daily operating hours, batch cycles and expected future expansion.

Site and utility conditions

Include available installation space, indoor or outdoor location, electrical standard, fuel or water availability, access constraints and project location.

Required project scope

Clarify whether the inquiry covers equipment supply, OEM manufacture, ductwork, controls, installation guidance, commissioning, training or spare parts.
